Refund policy

Return and refund is not applicable to any items purchased from PURO unless proof of Acceptable reasons, including:

  1. Orders damaged during delivery
  2. Delays exceeding 24 hours after the 48 hour delivery period
  3. Incorrect Items delivered

Any items received and opened will not be accepted for a refund regardless of the above points.

All refunds are made directly to store credit unless otherwise stated by the customer.
